Discover Canada is a key part of the ESL program. It covers Canada's human history, geography, and political systems, as well as applications for Canadian citizenship that many international students want to know. This presentation is about apply for citizenship. In the process, answer the relevant questions raised by the teacher after class: for example, the ethnic or ethnic composition of Canada, the powers and obligations of Canadian citizens, and the differences between China and Canada. Especially for the last question, because there is no single answer, students can't find the answer directly from the book, which requires conclusions through their own understanding and actual life observation. Students need to have some independent thinking and language skills.

Presentation is an important part of studying abroad. It not only has a high level of knowledge of the basic logic of the language of the students, but also the ability to think independently and critically. All of the subjects contain this project and it take a great part in the general comment. Due to the influence of Chinese test-oriented education system, many Chinese students do not pay attention to it when they study abroad, or lack the ability to think and express themselves independently in the Chinese education environment, which ultimately leads to low scores in this project, which ultimately affects General comments. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen the training on this aspect.

Presentation在海外学习很重要的一个组成部分，他不仅对学生的基础语言表达语言逻辑知识的掌握，以及独立思考，批判性思维的能力有着较高的要求，而且学科不限，在总评中也占据着不少的分数。由于中国的应试教育制度的影响，不少中国留学生到海外学习时对其并不重视，或者在中国的教育环境下缺乏了独立思考和自我表达的能力，最终导致此项目得分低，进而最终影响总评。所以加强关于这方面的训练是刻不容缓的。
